Ocala Beauty Co. is a collaborative beauty collective created by seasoned professionals who believe in doing things differently — with integrity, passion, and a true love for the craft.
Founded by three industry veterans — Full Specialist and Master Esthetician Stephanie Celeste Gosford, Master Colorist & Stylist Lisa Perez, and Master Colorist & Stylist Laura Ross — Ocala Beauty Co. was built from decades of combined hands-on experience in hair, skin, nails, and spa management.
Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience in skincare, waxing, nails, advanced treatments, and spa leadership. Lisa Perez is a Master Colorist & Stylist with 20 years of experience specializing in customized color, blonding, and precision cuts. Laura Ross, a North Carolina native, is a Master Colorist & Stylist known for dimensional color, lived-in looks, and client-focused transformations.
Our collective brings together highly skilled hairstylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and wellness providers, all operating as independent businesses under one beautifully curated roof. Each provider maintains their own specialty, licensing, and pricing, allowing them to focus on what they do best — while sharing a unified standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and elevated client experience.
